.
I love this!
.
.
“The heart area is, above all, the center of deep feeling and sensitivity. .
.
.
When the heart area is illumined, we have a vibrant sense of the wholeness of life.
.
.
.
What thought divides, the heart unites.
.
.
.
Our argument with reality ends when our attention is deeply seated in the heart.
.
.
It’s not that we become passively resigned.
.
.
Instead, we first accept things as they are and then become available to respond creatively.
.
.
On occasion, the response may be quite fierce and forceful, but it will not carry the residues of personal insult, shame, or self-righteous anger.
.
.
Every situation contains a solution.
.
.
When our attention rests in the heart, we feel our way to the solution with much greater grace and ease.”

Add this to your Mindfulness practice

image

.
.
.
Affirmations compliment our daily mindfulness practice.
.
.
Affirmations impact our self image and influence our self talk.
.
.
We are perfect, all of us as our true self, our intuitive being.
.
.
Say out loud, record and listen everyday:
.
.
I strive to accept all of me, the human strengths and frailties, the flawed and exceptional me, as well.
*
*
I actively, try my best everyday, to live in this moment, then relax.
*
*
I try to be free, to live free and accept life without judgment.

Dissociation,,,,,, the opposite of Mindfulness, ……really!!

image

Dissociation
*
*
in its most basic description,
*
*
is leaving this present moment
*
*
to think about the past or future.
*
*
*
It is an unreal practice, action.
*
*
We create a parallel world,
*
*
a world filled with
*
*
treachery for our minds.
*
*
What we create lacks reality!
*
*
Dissociation takes us to a place,
*
*
the past or future
*
*
where happiness
*
*
does not exist.
*
*
*

A reminder: Affirmations; repeat out loud daily!
