Happy people observe, refuse the desire to judge, to compete with other Egos.

 

It is the difference between worthy or unworthy, accepting or judging, grasping or letting go, living fully or isolating.

 

 

Happy people feel their negative emotions fully, then let them go. Their focus returns to observing life, absent judgment.

 

 


Happy people realize anger is a choice, depression is linked to thought, and anxiety is fueled by emotions.

 


Wellbeing improves with these choices.
