Think about that statement!

 

 

Could we add, anger, jealousy, depression, fear or boredom?

 


Happiness is not the absence of these emotions, but happiness leaves the building when they are present.

 

 

Happiness inhabits one time zone, this present moment.

 

 

Anytime we are not present we lose our opportunity.

 

 

It takes daily practice, focusing on the breath, letting emotions dissipate without judgment to gain inner peace.

 

 

It is the path to inner peace.
