A visual for thoughts and words

We need to be consumed, focused on the breath in an intensely specific way.

 

Here is a new way to visualize thought, on an electronic word sign.

 


We attach ourselves to our thoughts and emotions. In our default mode all those words, thoughts and emotions are about unworthiness, doubt and worry.

 

While meditating visualize these thoughts on a distant electronic ticker sign.

 

Our thoughts are fast moving words in the distance.

 


We are focused intently on the Breath as those words pass by without meaning, without concern for a few minutes.

 


We believe our happiness is linked to our thoughts, our beliefs.

 

 

Try letting thoughts fade, then without judgment take in everything you can see.

 

 

Experience life empty a couple times a day.

    That is a really helpful strategy. I love it!

  2. You have to experiment and find what speaks to you. Specific words may resonate for you
