Tips to improve your Practice!!

The most seasoned meditators practice to improve their focus, their ability to slow the breath.

 

We can do both with a fun exercise. Take one minute intervals, focus like your life depended on it, then slow your breath.

 

Set a timer for one minute, then close your eyes, slow your breaths down.

 

Concentrate, be with your breath, each inhale, each pause, each exhale, intently.

 

Can you slow your breaths to only three a minute comfortably?

 

How many breaths do you take a minute?

 

Practice to lower your number.

 

One minute challenges like this may enhance your meditation time.

 

Better to practice like this than read a book.
