“Practice metta (loving kindness) for the benefit of all beings.   Be humble and pay attention to others.  

 

 

There is nothing to lose.  

 

 

Your meditation room is not a battlefield.   

 

 

You are just trying to find peace and live in harmony.  

 

 

There is no basis for conceit, no basis for struggle.   

 

 

We are all subject to illness, old age, and death.

 

 

We must leave everything behind.   

 

 

Even if we exercise, eat well, meditate, and take good care of our body, we’ll still die one day and leave our health and wealth behind.

 

 

Our Karma is our true possession.

 

 

If we live and die with metta, our mind will be at peace.”
