Successful men and women keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.

My two cents: Happy men and women keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.
In this moment, let all goals release, let judgment cease, let thought fade, let life be a journey.
Happiness, wellbeing and inner peace are part of this journey.
Next time you judge an activity, a situation, see if you can tolerate releasing it.
What is the worst that can happen with fewer thoughts or judgments.
Inner peace could be the answer.

I like your post. Do you use any specific techniques to release judgement, like meditation or something?

Yes, I Meditate and have built my ability to focus. Part of that focus let’s thoghts fade, emoting the mind.
Thoughts turn into judgments and then we add emotions.
I have made a model which makes it easier to Meditate, let thoughts go. Also I bring other senses 8nto my practice. I listen for the lowest decbel sound in the room, then go below it.
Try to hear your inhale or exhales, listen for your heartbeat or the pulse beneath it.
Start with one breath and add more as you master one breath.
Good luck, I have more if your 8ntwrestd.
It takes daily work and you can do this.
