Inhale:   I give myself inner peace.

Visualize inner peace entering your lungs, being absorbed, soothing your being.

Hold on to the pause, feel your lungs expanded, full.

Exhale:    I give myself loving kindness.

Feel the energy around your solar plexus.

Repeat, inhale, hold, exhale, hold.

Focus,  let go of thought, enjoy this exercise.

Meditate using this technique.

    Dear Marty,

I have tried flagging you down in the comment section a few times. Your site has helped me heal from PTSD and from the subsequent addiction that often goes along with PTSD. It has been a healing 3 1/2 years, and your site has been invaluable. I wrote my journey of healing out in a book, and I have included some of your posts that come via my email. In the manuscript I give full ³clicking² access along with web URL for each post that accentuated the writing. I am wanting to get your permissions to use some of your posts. I am also happy to send you a copy of the book before I send to print to get your approval and permissions. Again, in both the ebook and the print, I either have a link to click or type so a reader would be directed to your web site directly.

So much of the content you share and spread have both brain science, the psychology and the spiritual behind it. My journey has been a healing journey of the mind, body and spirit, interweaving the science of the brain, the psychology of emotions and human behavior and a spiritual/energy path. It fits with your whole message.

Would you consider giving me permission to use some of your posts?

    Thank you for your consideration.

    Jeanette
