Simplicity is key!



Healing is a scary task, complex, and could take decades.



Think, only about the next five minutes.



Can you tolerate letting go of thought and emotion for five minutes.



Can you experience your five senses without judgment, without words, without emotion for five minutes?



This is the building block of focus, of change, of healing.



Repetition of those five minutes completes the process.



Repetition becomes habit, simple actions become more permanent and new neural pathways are formed.



Healing and happiness are not complex pursuits.



I believe they are basic, simple and present moment skills.
