“As long as we have practiced neither concentration nor mindfulness,
.
.
the ego takes itself for granted and remains its usual normal size,
.
.
as big as the people around one will allow.”

Wellbeing is an internal condition of living in the moment, unencumbered by judgement.

I wonder where the path leads?

  2. Yes, the ego may pout and stamp its little foot, and then compassion calms things down.

  3. Our ego is very clever in fact it kinda is us

Whenever you feel strong emotion the ego is front and center

If you are angry ego is captain of that ship too

Let go just be it is an incredible space
