Unattached, dying to the past

.
A person who lives moment to moment, who goes on dying to the past, is never attached to anything.
.
.
Attachment comes from the accumulated past.
.
.
If you can be unattached to the past every moment, then you are always fresh, young, just born.
.
.
You pulsate with life and that pulsation gives you immortality.
.
.
You are immortal, only unaware of the fact.

  1. dying to
    live, nice! 🙂

  2. We spend many hours of our day breathing life into things already experienced.

From all I have read practiced and believe we are supposed happiness inhabits one time frame, now.

If you created a scoreboard with one team being the last and future

We would be this present moment

Keep track of where you are at. Lost in thought, daydreaming, worrying, projecting

    Let go

More time in the moment more wellbeing

    Simple sure not easy
