Nature is an extremely mindful Space, ——–

Unless we bring our thoughts and judgments with us.
.
.
Staying in a cabin isolated deep in the cascade mountains with Mother Nature could bring serenity or continued thoughts of doubt and worry.
.
.
Serenity, wellbeing, or happiness are not a geographical place, more an inner state of being.
.
.
If we find happiness upon a Mountain top we carried it there with us.
.
.
Give the quest for inner knowing as much energy as our exterior desires for pleasure, possessions and approval.
.
.
Take time to sit quietly, focused, and empty of thought .
.
.
Remember a vacation that was quiet, how many days did it take for the chaos of life to
fade.

Good point. I usually need a week to unwind and a week to completely relax when going on vacation.

The only “chaos” for me is preparation. Once I’ve hit the road whether heading south to see family, or a trip to my beautiful gorge, peace, excitement, joy and gratitude is present for this freedom from my norm.
