For balance and perspective we need time for the mind to be empty, focused, aware.
.
.
How will you experience anything different if thought always fills your mind, or permeates your existence?
.
.
Half of the mind, the right hemisphere, is void of thought, judgment, bias, words.
.
.
We rarely travel to this location.
.
.
Seems a waste to ignore our expansive side.
.
.
We use less than five percent of the mind.
.
.
Collectively if we were experiencing happiness it would not matter.
