Meditation/Mindfulness is the opposite of lost in thought, it is awareness without thought.
.
.
Sometime everyday we must set aside a time for the mind to be focused, empty, and free.
.
.
We must minimize dissociation, leaving this present moment to ruminate about the past or worry about the future.
.
.
Happiness only happens in this present moment.
.
.
It is not possible to be happy in the past or future, only now, this breath.
.
.
Some parameters that enhance happiness are acceptance, gratitude and giving.
.
.
Parameters that stifle happiness are strong desires, needs, worry, doubt, fear and anger.
.
.
It takes practice and application everyday.
.
.
Mindfulness is an accumulative practice.
