One of my favorite authors, teachers. He is the current day bridge between east and west, the facilitator for the 17 monks involved in the functional MRI study. He has worked with the Daili Llama, Richard Davidson and Paul Eckman, discussing emotion and neuroscience of the mind. His books are wonderful, insightful and an illumination for our daily practice.
