Let us deal with judgement about others and ourselves, first.

Acceptance holds the key to one door, letting go the key to another, gratitude completes the trifecta.

    Can mean many things:

    1) an act or instance of judging.

    2) the ability to judge, make a decision, or form an opinion objectively, authoritatively, and wisely,

  2. Let us investigate judging us and others then move on from there, if we ever accomplish these two categories
