Another way of reaching empty, no thought!

If you are having trouble reaching empty, a no thought space, try aerobic exercise.
.
.
Walk, bike, run, swim, etc. until the only thought is, I need to take another step, place one foot in front of the other.
.
.
Thought will cease when we taxi our bodies to near exhaustion.
.
.
As with deep meditation, cortisol, anxiety and adrenaline are dissipated.
.
.
The mind clears and shares the bodies experience of accomplishment, success and exhilaration.
.
.
Even when the mind is frozen, aerobic exercise can bring movement, a feeling of accomplishment.
.
.
Movement is closer to living fully, sedentary closer to death.
.
.
Place an aerobic strain on your body today, live, try, fight for your happiness.

    Thank you for this!

This is just what I’d been looking for without even knowing it. Every word of your post resonates with me. More accurately, every word resonates with my soul.

    Big hug,
    Sofia
