Exploring our Inner World!

.
.
Our goal is to quiet the mind and body so we can actually hear our slow inhale.
.
.
As we focus on the breath intently, scan your body for any tension, stress, anxious, or uptight areas.
.
.
Let thought go as we focus on these areas with our breath.
.
.
Bring an intense awareness as these areas calm, release, and then relax.
.
.
Next, notice any body sensations that arise with thought and emotion flowing through our consciousness.
.
.
Know where anger, resentment and fear manifest inside your body.
.
.
Become familiar with the process of your inner world.
.
.
Emotions and thoughts dissipate quickly without attention.
.
.
Befriend your nervous system, observe, do not react. Be neutral, do not judge.
.
.
Sit quietly, as an avid observer, witnessing emotional thought and their correlating body sensations.
.
.
Stop the cycle of grasping, reacting and avoiding.
.
.
Just be for a while!

  1. Thanks for the reminders. They’re very welcome. I’ve heard it said that we’re human beings,
Not human doings. Learning to just be is very powerful.

  2. Very powerful when we apply it during the day,

Small Actions can change life if repeated daily
