and feeling guilty the whole time.”

The “Ego” is never equal to another, thus we feel imperfect, flawed and in need of improvement.
.
.
We sacrifice throughout life chasing perfection, approval, but never reach acceptance.

Hard to do nothing, hard to just enjoy without feeling guilt!

Wow, this is really true. There is a need to acceptance certain things.. Especially as we grow older and our bodies change. I work daily to be as fit as I can and try to let go of the rest. This part is difficult to love an imperfect body.

As far as the dessert is concerned, this one is particularly beautiful and I would gladly sacrifice a carb or eat a salad for dinner to eat this and not feel guilty at all! 🙂
