.
Place all your focus skills at the entrance of your nostrils.
.
.
Feel the cool inhale, followed by a measured pause, then releasing the pressure with a slow warm exhale,,finishing with a balancing pause.
.
.
We are slowing, quieting our being, using our breath, becoming our breath.
.
.
All that exists is the entrance to our nostrils, our breath and our body sensations.
.
.
Our goal is to let go of thought, it’s incessant chatter about approval and importance.
.
.
We are exploring our inner world, our body functions, our nervous system, our emotions and our self worth.
.
.
The answers are the same for all of us. We are perfect.
.
.
We introduce ourselves to our nervous system, befriending our natural defense mechanism.
.
.
When the nervous system become familiar, then friendly, life changes.
.
.
Make your being as quiet as possible, your breath slowing, your focus intent but easy.
