Time: Time is a man made trap for living hurriedly in complete unawareness. If I did not know any better, I would say the “Ego” invented time to control us. So, eliminate hurry, being late, rushing, time constraints or suffer.

Judgment: Vacate any judgment already contemplated. Next stop judging situations, others and especially you. Judgments attach to us, like a ball and chain of negative baggage. It is similar to carrying a backpack with 75 pounds of weight throughout the day. Why?

Life becomes harder with each step.

Speed: Let the body go supersonic, the mind performs at its optimum going slow, focused, aware, empty of thought, oblivious to time constraints. When the mind is filled with stress or anxiety, it presses down on the accelerator, missing the scenery of life.

Combine mindfulness practice with these three concepts and life will improve for you.
