There are so many advantages to meditation. When I first originally thought of this post, I indeed wanted to make it 100 benefits long (think big right!), however, I wasn’t sure I could find more than perhaps 20-25 benefits.     It is kinda of amazing this post came today. I read a quote in my inspiration book i read every morning that say’s if you worry about money you will create more worry about money. Well i am here to tell you i am a queen of worry and anxiety. well until i met Marty. So when i read this i thought i have to learn to stop worrying. I took a deep breathe and asked “what or how am i going to do this”? Breathe!!!!!!!!!!!!! Duh. If you stay in this moment right now right here you don’t need to worry. you have everything you need. Light bulb moment. So i am today every time i worry or think i don’t have enough i am going to take a breath and remember if i have my breath i have enough. Really i am thinking that all of this really just comes down to breathing. I have a long journey ahead but i am putting one breathe in front of the other. lol Thanks Marty for giving me hope.

  2. What fires together wires together. Where we place our attention grows, where we with hold withers and dies.

    Think about worry and worry increases.

    Observe people, some are negative, depressed as their thoughts also follow or vice versa.

    What we perceive becomes reality.

    Not reacting to doubt, worry, fear and unworthiness is the path.

    Accepting without judging or avoiding awkward frees us.
