When the Past calls?

.
.
When the past calls,
.
let it go to voicemail,
.
believe me,
.
it has nothing new to say.”

.
.
The past is over, the future not yet lived and both offer an unreality to life, a delusion of sorts.
.
.
The past is a mirage of memory granted power by our attention alone.
.
.
The past offers nothing but experience, the present holds a chance for happiness.
.
.
This is life’s biggest choice.

Thank you Marty for having this site. I am starting to look forward to reading and checking in daily. you are an inspiration to a better way of life.

  2. Thank you for your gratitude and your gift.

It is extremely satisfying from my vantage point to see you take action and apply this skill set, then see you change, improve, find hope.

Gift, giver and receiver are all equal in that circle of mindfulness.

  3. Nothing new to say 🙂
