My opinion about my blog and model have strengthened enormously!

Writing this blog has changed my life, deepened my practice and readied me for a real mindfulness group. After a year facilitating a small group in Cottage Grove, NAMI offered a large room in Eugene to start another.
.
Yes, I still believed my healing model worked, was quicker and easier than anything around, however my experience online did not give constant samples of lives being changed.
.
After a month with a new group, two individuals have altered their lives drastically.
.
The second week of group I viewed change, nervous systems slowing, hope springing forth. Two were practicing daily, applying awareness, letting go.
.
When I hear questions like, Is this real, am I actually healing, improving, I smile. What will this look like when I am healed?
.
Now, it was my turn to share and calm them, illuminating the landscape ahead, it will look the same externally.
.
Change is from the inside.
.
It does not take months to bring change to the mind and life.
.
It takes awareness of each breath, thought and judgment.
.
It takes letting go and accepting.
.
Thoughts are air without action.
.
.
.
What they once served now they see as a mirage.
.
This is enormous in their life.
.
Maybe yours also.

I believe i am one of the people you are talking about and you are right in practicing this, my life is changing my negative thoughts have decreased to almost non existing. My anxiety levels are rapidly declining. i am so super excited to sit now. i still need a whole alot of practice. The great thing in this is my new way of life. i am considering being a life couch and this would have to be part of this. People need to stop searching out side of themselves for the answers they are right inside you. In your breathe that is all you need. Right now in the moment. Thank you so much for saving my life. seriously you offering this group is changing me one breathe at a time.

  2. Your gratitude humbles me.

Gift, giver, receiver are all equal, say the Buddhists.

    I agree.

    Thank you for your trust
