Actions will change any thought, easily! . . .Just be, not think about it!

Thoughts dominated my life, I grasped them, believed them, embraced them, then became them.
.
I was unworthy and suffered greatly.
.
Actions made those thoughts, those beliefs, those ideas powerless.
.
Developing focus, dutifully practicing mindfulness, allowed me to let go of those thoughts, stay present, then take action in the present moment.
.
Life changed.
.
My actions changed my self image.
.
My actions towered over my former self-esteem.
.
Giving actions carried a power, a jolt of pure happiness with the correct mindset.
.
Most of my need for approval faded one day while sitting.
.
My gratitude and giving had reached a stage where negative thoughts flowed on through.
.
Action changed who I was in my head and others who benefited from my actions.
.
Please let that thought go, take action, give to a needy one today with a smile.
.
Yes smile, your life is changing finally.
