Thoughts are air without action. (Writing it down, speaking it or grasping it as true)

For a depressed, anxious, traumatized, bi-polar or other mental disorder, thoughts determine if we suffer or heal.

Remember 60,000 thoughts during waking hours invade our consciousness. One a second and by sheer numbers we ignore way over 59,900 of them.
.
It is crucial then to cherry pick positive thoughts.
.
If thoughts are air, fearful ones can fade, their power zapped, the emotion squandered.
.
Unworthy thoughts can be replaced by worthy ones.
.
The mind is the most complex creation on this planet, it is extremely capable, complex and brilliant.
.
Programming the mind is not complex but very simple.
.
.
A task that is simple, concrete, immediate and repeatable can become habit, dominate.
.
Let go of thought and judgment.
.
Trade it in for just being present, here, now.
