Exploring the Breath,,, , pauses

Slow down, bring awareness to your inhales, pauses, exhales, pauses.
.
Notice that the body is taking action when we inhale and exhale.
.
Almost everything else we do is similar except for the pauses.
.
The body is completely at rest during the pauses while sitting.
.
That is a special space, one of extreme calm, quiet and focus.
.
Any movement or sensation becomes isolated.
.
Scan your skin first, then go internally to the organs and nervous system, finally the mind exposes herself to us more deeply.
.
In due time, the right hemisphere, the dynamic expansive side becomes available for exploration during the pauses.
.
Both pauses should be exact, mirror images of quiet, silence, calm.
.

Look deeper into your pauses.
.
Explore the silence, the stillness, the serenity, intently.
