When you take time to quiet down, to focus on the breath, bring awareness to all body functions.

Notice how quiet our being becomes as we slow the breath, intently.

Sometimes, I try to slow my breathing as much as possible, then notice as listening approaches silence.
.
We must be free of tension, worry and fear to let go and journey down this path.
.
Practice slowing down the breath, chase silence with your focus.
.
Mindfulness is a learned skill, daily practice improves our ability.
.
In due time with discipline and effort healing and some happiness should be expected.
