*
Circulatory system: Carries oxygenated blood throughout the body.
*
Respiratory system: Exchanges life giving oxygen and eliminates carbon dioxide.
*
Nervous system: part of it; Adrenal response mechanism is tasked with defence, preparing us for a perceived lethal threat.
*
*
*
None of these systems have fear inside the mechanism.
*
*
I am not afraid of my circulatory system or my respiratory system!
*
*
Why am I afraid of my nervous system then?
*
*
Or the adrenal response mechanism (fight, flight or freeze mechanism)
*
*
Why?
*
*
It does not have fear inside it,, we add our own fear with a storyline.
*
*
Please do not be afraid of a body system or mechanism! That would be irrational!

  1. “Please don’t adjust your set, it contains all important parts” don’t add Fear. Great idea and reminder today for all of us. So many are used to being fed Fear that they don’t recognize it- including myself sometimes thanks for a great reminder today!!

  2. PTSD people, people with anxiety are specialists, they spot 100000000000 times more fear than a mindful, aware person.

Fear grows exponentially with attention, as thought and emotion.

Watch what plants you water, cultivate.

Irrational fear can be gone right now, really

I used to scoff at those who told me this

    I do not anymore

You can let go of irrational fear and rewire your fear centre and mechanism in a week. My opinion

Not healed but fear will be different and a body mechanism will be a friend and not scary

    A big change
