A negative self-image is quick sand, a faulty foundation, unable to sustain a mindfulness practice with any intensity.
.
A negative or unworthy self image clouds all thought, all feeling, all memory.
.
A neutral or slightly positive memory will become negative when filtered through the bias of low self esteem.
.
A negative self image is poisonous to everything that passes through it.
.
It is truly impossible to let go, when our self image is so unworthy, so flawed, so damaged.
.
Never say or entertain a negative thought or feeling, ever.
.
Praise is what we need for ourself, adulation, most of all, “Gratitude”, that is total acceptance and appreciation of our current plight, condition in life.

I accept all of me, flawed, spectacular and mediocre, as I strive to stay present, take action, living fully as I can.

  1. Society is so judgmental, critical, peers from early age constantly comparing. “A neutral or slightly positive memory will become negative when filtered through the bias of low self esteem”. This is why daily affirmations are so important.
