Mark Twain no less!

.
We do not deal much in facts when we are contemplating ourselves. —. ~Mark Twain~
.
.
The ego is a supreme contortionist, appearing to be all important, all knowing, all leading.
.
Each time we sit quietly and let go of the ego, thought, judgments, we connect with the other side of the mind, giving us a little more equanimity.
.
Sit more become more balanced, more at peace, more intuitive, more basic, more real.
