Aerobic exercise:…..A stellar way to benefit body and mind!!!

.
.
Aerobic exercise helped me when I was terrified, frozen in the fight, flight or freeze mechanism, my nervous system had exploded.
.
Aerobic exercise enabled me to move, take action in the midst of being fully triggered, and in the process deplete cortisol and adrenaline. Another benefit, is flushing our body, eliminating toxins.
.
This aerobic exercise past being tired, to the point where all thought is focused on placing one foot in front of the other, exhilarates the body and mind.
.
With concentrated exercise like this, the mind feels a victory over depression or PTSD. We were frozen, terrified maybe, however we pushed past with movement and willpower, to accomplish this feat.
.
In the face of adversity, the body and mind are free for a while, so soak it up as long as possible.
.
Depression or PTSD can not keep you from aerobic exercise and in time you will find neither can stop you from doing anything you want.
.
Willpower, willpower, willpower.
