Thoughts, emotions, memories, ideas, and images flood us when we take time to sit, to notice, to be aware.

When these distractions appear, our goal is to not react, not take action.

In the midst of all this turmoil, we follow the breath, that is it.

Practice not reacting, not grasping, not giving power to thought and emotions, a space grows in strength and ease with daily work.
.
Practicing mindfulness daily reinforces not reacting.
.
Applying not reacting to daily life brings it alive and changes lives.
.
A miracle of sorts is waiting on your daily energy and dedication.
.
Healing is your reward, freedom to live fully, your gift.
