To be angry is to let others’ mistakes punish yourself. To forgive others is to be good to yourself. Master ChengYen

This strikes me as having gratitude everywhere, surrendering to let others own their mistakes without our judgment, frees me to explore life.
Practice mindfully, developing a space, a short window of time, deciding whether to embrace anger or let it fade.
This is a tremendous point of no return.
Mindfully stay present and life blossoms, freedom grows, calm and peaceful feelings bathe us in warmth.
