The journey is the reward.—– Chinese Proverb!!!!!

.
.
Life is a journey, not a collection of toys, possessions, power, status, or security.
.
Accept your position in life today, and honor the journey, being present to experience all of life, not lost in worry and doubt.
.
A journey has challenges, obstacles, and pitfalls waiting to distract us, engage us in judgment, lead us into dissociation.
.
A journey can be traveled successfully with very little worldly possessions.
.
If you had to choose traits to help during your journey, what would they be?

  7. Can you elaborate on the word ‘traits’? I’m not quite understanding what you are saying.

  8. Staying present and perseverance.

  9. Well I was referring to somewhat personality trait, are you a worrier or accept things will be fine, are you confidant or unworthy, do you take action or avoid,

Do you give up or refuse to quit

Are you lazy or work hard

Do you have a curious mind.

    Willpower?

    Victim or survivor.

Hope that helps, not a scientific definition but a practical one.

Think of which traits you have and which ones would help to develop.

What is most important is desire to heal, ability to take action even when fear, worry and doubt are present.

    Courage to keep going.

Ability to keep daily practice when things seem dire.
