one more thing mindfulness eliminated, most LOSS!

.
.
.
A loved one being sick or dying would bring some loss.
.
The rest.
.
99% of our perceived loss is connected to desire and created cognitively, therefore harmful and negative for the mind.
.
We have to create ownership, entitlement or desires to experience most loss.
.
Stay present, being mindfully aware of now eliminates unhealthy desires and loss.
.
it is ok to desire success, money, power in a balanced life.
.
Know that happiness is not found in desires or fulfillment of impermanent desires.
.
After basic human safety, security and food, man can exist with little more living mindfully.
.
This can be a fruitful, fulfilled existence of curiosity and opportunity everyday.

“Desire can be used as both a noun and a verb.”

So I disagree just slightly. Happiness can be obtained with desire – the giving and receiving of a loving heart as long we don’t become obsessed by the desires and stay present. I embrace this loving possibility but it does not rule my life.

    Goggle Definition:
“If you’re talking about the longings of the heart, use the word desire. When you are studying for a difficult history exam, the desire to be somewhere far away doing something fun might be very strong!”

“The moment we cease to hold each other, the sea engulfs us and the light goes out” James Baldwin

  2. The giving and receiving of a loving heart. I do not consider desire but an action

Desires I speak of are power, success, stature, possessions approval disapproval etc
