Failure is a harsh judgment, we bestow upon our self image.

.
In my humble opinion, a harmful judgment, even if you believe it, is a premature judgment.
.
Life is a much longer and the journey way more interesting than cognitive decisions, pronouncements and emotionally held opinions.
.
Life can open up, expand without the barrier walls of judgment, the craving of desires, the hollow fulfillment of impermanent things, people and situations!
.
Life expands without judgment, without the ego feeling unworthy, without avoiding this moment.
.
Judgments make it easy for us to avoid, to justify running from now.
.
Many judgments are fueled by control, by fear, by pain, by confusion, by trauma, by dissociating.
.
Vacating judgments enables acceptance, then surrender to the underlying fear and control issues.
.
This means healing, growing, expanding life, opportunity, happiness, and the ability to endure, to stay present when fearful issues emerge.
.
life shifts dramatically inside of us, the exterior is the same.
.
Practice, as Elisabeth says, one small step initiated her healing.
.
It takes mental action, a willful spirit and discipline to practice and apply daily.
.
The alternative, suffering, sucks and continues for life.
.
Suffering is part of life, part of our challenge because we all deteriorate and die, it is a fact.
.
Why not live using all your willpower and energy to heal, improve, find happiness.
