The one you are looking for is the one who is looking. Francis of Asisi???

The non dualistic belief that we are one, not an ego at all, describes reality correctly. We are perfect as our true self, as each human is.
.
We share this planet, this journey with all, including plants, animals. Those who have meditated a lifetime have described all things being connected.
.
During a stroke, Jill Bolte Taylor could not differentiate between wall and arm. Clear separation disappeared and the end of one or the beginning of the other was not discernible.
.
Our true self, accessed through deep meditation is enormous, gigantic, etc, etc, compared to the small, tiny cognitive side, walled off with trauma and memories.
.
this side is shallow and mostly impermanent things happen.
.
Wandering, worrisome thoughts about how life will be or emotional memories playing the old screens of abuse plague us, daily.
.
We decide to live or avoid, or do nothing.
.
Doing nothing encapsulates a PTSD sufferers existence when activated fully.
.
Avoiding life, pain or responsibility takes living fully away and brings suffering, even misery after sometime.
.
The secret is letting go of worry, fear and doubt to be free or the ability to act, live in this moment, enthusiastically.
.
I used to think my vulnerabilities and flaws held me back, made me unworthy. They did because my mental process determined my actions, my place where my attention focused.
.
The difference now is that mental, cognitive memories or trauma do not limit where I place my attention most of the time. I have my lapses and vulnerable moments like everyone else.
.
Get to know who you really are, meditate and apply awareness to every breath, now please.
