Aerobic Exercise:…….How to apply for best results!!!!!!!!!!!!

.
.
The first thing a PTSD sufferer needs is action, movement initially and from time to time when we are stuck, overwhelmed.
.
In the beginning cortisol and panic have the upper hand against us.
.
As we build resilience in our nervous system and strengthen using mindfulness, we gain power to influence traumas panic.
.
Each time we attempt to stay present, when trauma explodes or sit quietly meditating, we gain power over trauma or heal a little, your choice of benefit.
.
Disciplined and intense aerobic exercise, directed as a competition between trauma, fear or panic, wanting to quit, giving up, versus enduring and continuing to push the legs onward heals the body, soothes the mind.
.
Trauma with the egos thoughts, tries to convince us to stop, influences us to believe we have had enough.
.
Our willpower and discipline, coupled with inspiring music and the breath, fuels our continued effort and movement.
.
Push past the time when we feel tired, nearly exhausted to dissipate cortisol, to facilitate the release of endorphins along with the flushing of toxic poisons from our bodies.
.
I power walk during the week to near exhaustion. It becomes painful with my chronic pain aggravated some from the exhaustion.
.
My ability to be with the pain while continuing to move my legs has brought wonderful benefits to my body and mind.
.
I feel exhilarated afterwards, kind of euphoric with the endorphins and the physical accomplishment that is shared with the mind.
