Sitting quietly with focus on the breath can lead us to happiness, healing, spiritual growth or bliss.

Why not start a daily practice for ten or fifteen minutes a day.

Start slow and bring awareness to each moment.
.
It is not a practice as much as a way of life, living in this moment, void of worry, thought or anxiety.
