Fear and happiness, can they coexist? ??????

Fear seems to eliminate much of our ability to be happy. Let me clarify that statement, fear that we dissociate into, grasp or believe, will eat up most happy feelings, we experience.
.
Being afraid of our fear erects many walls, blocking happiness. The ego dominates, controls our mind when we embrace fear. To clarify, let us deal with our trauma fears not actual life threatening situations.
.
PTSD is such a fear driven, memory or dissociative mechanism, so happiness is thought unattainable, ever.
.
This is all crap and more people could heal with less effort than ever thought.
.
It takes being fed up with the way life is, hitting bottom or just a stubborn streak of never giving up to start taking action everyday.
.
Healing is possible and should be expected if you do the work.

“It takes being fed up with the way life is, hitting bottom or just a stubborn streak of never giving up to start taking action everyday.” I believe all apply in your circumstance. But what great rewards!

  2. Starts playing with emotions. Try too feel the opposite emotion that you currently feel. can you feel joy or love when you are angry.

Can we try to hold two emotions simultaneously?

Play with these fleeting feelings, get to know them OAS friends to be used not followed or thought about.

    Have fun why you heal.
