PTSD forming:,,,,,,,a roadmap!!!

This model maybe a starting point for the formation of PTSD, but it does not matter the sequence of events in the healing process.
.
It does not matter how you experienced your trauma, healing happens all the same, one breath at a time, from the inside.
.
This model does not describe the nervous system or PTSD when fully aroused and dumping cortisol over and over. My body triggered PTSD at times without trigger thoughts being involved.
.
The important part now is daily action, practicing mindfulness and applying this focus with every charged thought in our consciousness.
.
Spend less time figuring out how and why, spend time taking action, healing instead.
