Mindfulness practice takes us gently to the true self which we love unconditionally. Try the breathing track, sit quietly and observe the perfect you and me.
We are whole when we go below the ego and build more and more perfection to the other hemisphere. Actually we are transferring our perfection from the right hemisphere to the conscious left hemisphere.
It is called equanimity.
