Expectations and Control go hand in hand!!!!

Let go of the idea of control, it is a delusion anyway.

Expect nothing, be here in this moment and experience life.

Accept that life and the world exists to be experienced in this moment.

*

We control only our effort, nothing else.

*

Many with C-PTSD try to control thoughts and being triggered!

*

It is impossible to do and trauma symptoms increase.

*

Accepting our vulnerability to thoughts, fear, triggers and anxiety leads to healing.
