The Importance of Support

Labor of Love by Glen Tarnowski

The inferior teacher tells you that something is wrong with you and offers to fix it.

The superior teacher tells you that something is right with you and helps you bring it forth.

–Alan Cohen

Finding someone with experience and advice can make the journey shorter and less confusing.  Not everyone understands how difficult it is to keep going when triggers shake one right to the core.  PTSD is very confusing.

We get it.

Yes you have a tremendous experience and a superior teacher to invite for a journey being “comfortable” whit your triggers ….

  2. Thank you Annelei but that post was not about me but about choosing a therapist coach or any person even as a friend in life. Thank you for the compliment again.
Great remark about me facing my triggers to do this blog. Yes, it brings back my triggers to answer questions however now they trigger nothing but a yawn. Instead of being agoraphobic from the constant criticism of childhood’s sting, I see the pain of others when I go out in public now. My focus on me or my flaws is buried so far that I have to search for them to post sometimes. How did I do this?
Just like you will, sitting quietly with the emptiness inside our brain. I only practiced and deepened my ability to stay present without thought every day. The rest happened slowly.

Now loving kindness or the giving of this blog without expectation, goals or reward for others is the final piece of my healing. This blog has let me travel to a place of peace for once in my life. I told my wife I will die at peace with myself now when I go. That is such an achievement it cannot be described by mere words. Please meet me here and follow the path daily.
