We overload our mind with our daily mental habits…..

We fast to give the body, digestion a break, to let the mechanism have time to rest, repair, recuperate, cleanse itself of debris.

The mind needs a break, a pause, a time to not be stressed, worried, fearful, anxious to the point of exploding or be completely full, also.
*
*
Mindfulness takes the load off, hones the important skill of letting go, extinguishing its emotional pull, suffocating our unfulfilled desires..
*
*
The mind needs daily practice to accept being empty as habit, as normal, as closer to happiness and healing.
*
*
Take a load off by sitting quietly, letting go of all thoughts and emotions, let them fade to obscurity without attention.
*
*
Reinforce that sit with applying mindfulness during the day, check in, come back to now, focus on the breath, let go, then let go some more.
*
*
Improve the skill of letting go, it will lead you to healing, happiness and peace of kind/mind.
*

My sarcastic comment on the pics: TSA and America would have a heart attack dealing with this situation. I also see inconvenienced people waving happily as they depart on this dubious journey. We Americans would complain for days at these conditions

    Mindfulness, was a key part of my ptsd treatment. Your post helped me refocus. Thank you

  2. Supporting others in a loving kindness way is part of my daily healing regimen, it happens as habit now.

    Thank you for the gratitude a bonus for supporting, giving, sharing that is always abundant and brings me joy.
