My healing at times was scary and confusing. As my trauma was integrating, it vacated my body throwing a temper tantrum.
-
It felt like my ego was distressed to lose control of directing my being. It erupted in anger as it left my space.
-
This can be read as getting worse but the opposite is true. In my opinion, childhood trauma has been woven with our natural development as a child. It seems so much a part of our make up we panic at times.
-
The ego mourns this loss as we start to direct our attention to the present moment. Expect things to be agitated and upset at times while we are healing.
-
We use our breathing track focus to go towards our triggers, not avoid and dissociate.
-
Heal a little more today, risk and live, be present and aware.
-
Simplify your healing, take small concrete actions to heal daily. The breathing track is one of the best and easiest.

I just read a great quote that summarizes this concept well: “Everyone thinks meditation is a sedative, but it’s a laxative.” – Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Yes, in a way. If you sit without goals and let your inner guide lead the way, everything will arise as you are ready.
let go of thought and invest in developing our intuition, the right hemisphere ( the perfect you).
My trauma exited my body violently.
