“Between two thoughts try to be alert; look into the interval, the space in between. You will see no mind; that is your nature.-For thoughts come and go — they are accidental — but that inner space always remains.-Clouds gather and go, disappear — they are accidental — but the sky remains. You are the sky.”— – Osho**
At the end of the inhale and exhale we have pauses, transitions, another interval with no mind. The mind functions best when not engaged cognitively. Thought slows down the minds reaction and ability to run at optimum focus and efficiency.

Practice staying present when the lure of thought arrives. Let go of the need to think or to investigate why or how, or to attach blame. Work on letting go of thought by focusing on the breath!
