Keep your healing plan simple, specific and concrete.
*
Perfect your ability to focus on the breath. (Breathing Track).
*
Apply the focus when any trigger thought or distraction engages us.
*
Practice, practice, practice, this is not a spectator sport.
*
Action heals, concerted focused action heals, much quicker?

I witness so many therapies or programs that take many years. First you have to settle on what approach you will try first.
visiting a therapist once a week without concerted effort between sessions makes healing at least a five year minimum for complex childhood therapy.
C-PTSD is intertwinged with our childhood development. Sometime we are not sure what has developed naturally and what parts of our personality that got stuck.
You need to have a concrete specific goal and practice habits. I did not know about this when I was in therapy and my healing took way way way to long. I could of eliminated 90% of the time and suffering by using my model and attacking.
fact. Really. I have done it and others also have followed me. it works and it is from a layperson who has experienced what you have.
