Complex PTSD: Cognitive Errors; Catastrophic Predictions


You, or parts of yourself, assume that something awful is going to happen, that things are going to end badly no matter what you do.

You consider this an unchangeable fact, as though it had already happened.

For example, “Why should I study for this exam?  I’ll fail anyway.”

We are focused on our breath and we exert all our effort, results are not our  concern.  Daily practice will help us with cognitive errors.
